I have called several times to get my money back for this overpayment back. This was made because the personnel told me I was going to get charged a large interest fee. My intent was to pay the card in full and not use it again. They make excuses like the system is down please call back in XXXX hours. They will send the payment but have failed to do this. XXXX person says to talk to XXXX XXXX and another says to talk to XXXX. My last conversation was with XXXX this morning. He said a check would be mailed in XXXX business days. I asked for electronic payment to my bank account. I think they just want to hold on to my money as long as they can. I also sent them another payment for over {$580.00} to pay off the account in full. I will never do business with them again.
