When I bought my car from XXXX used auto dealer, they added a warranty ( among other things ) to my contract which made my monthly payment go from {$240.00} a month to {$280.00} a month. I was told it looks better to the finance company ( i.e. Westlake Financial ), and if I wanted, I could cancel the warranty at anytime. So after about a month, I decided to cancel my warranty with XXXX XXXX warranty services, which I personally did with XXXX XXXX. Next, I had to request for this to be done with XXXX used car dealer. I was told this was also necessary because since XXXX added this to my contract, they had to cancel it with Westlake financial. I asked if my monthly payment would go back to {$240.00} a month and XXXX said " no ''. They told me that the length of my contract ( which is five years/60 months ) would be reduced accordingly. This has not happened and there has been no change in the terms of my contract. I'm still paying for the warranty. When I called XXXX to complain, they said they did their job as far as cancelling the warranty, and I need to contact Westlake financial. When I call Westlake financial at : XXXX, it's literally impossible to talk with a live representative. Please help.
