I am submitting this complaint regarding the reporting of late payments on my Concora Credit ( Indigo ) account. While I acknowledge that a payment was reported late, I was not properly notified that my account had become past due. I did not receive adequate communication, warning, or outreach indicating that I was at risk of being reported late to the credit bureaus. I only became aware of the late status when I logged into my account independently. Had I received timely and clear notice that my payment was past due and at risk of negative credit reporting, I would have immediately brought the account current to prevent damage to my credit profile. Since discovering the issue, I have taken full responsibility and have maintained my account in good standing. My account has now been current for XXXX consecutive months, demonstrating my commitment to responsible repayment and financial improvement. I am currently in the process of qualifying for a mortgage, and the reported late payments are creating a significant barrier to securing stable housing. I have made substantial efforts to rebuild my credit, and this reporting particularly given the lack of proper notification is disproportionately impacting my ability to move forward.
