This is a follow-up to closed Case # XXXX. Cash App previously claimed they could not identify my account. This is false ; I have been in direct email contact with three Cash App XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX this issue. > The Issue : I am being denied 'Green Status ' benefits despite receiving recurring institutional deposits > The Facts : > 1. My deposits originate from XXXX XXXX, a student-specific bank, and represent recurring Financial Aid disbursements from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX > 2. Cash App is misclassifying these as ineligible 'refunds ' based on the ACH label XXXX REFUND. ' But XXXX XXXX a direct deposit from XXXX REFUND REFUND WAS INDEED QUALIFIED FOR THE GREEN STATUS. As for the rest of my direct deposits that say from XXXX XXXX ARE NOT ELIGIBLE DOESNT MAKE A LICK OF SENCE TO ME that they claim that REFUNDS DO NOT QUALIFY BUT THATS THEY ONLY ONE THAT WAS QUALIFIED the XXXX XXXX don't even use the word " refund '' makes it impossible for them to use their standard excuse. These are not store returns ; they are my primary income and institutional benefits. > 3.As I stated above Cash App has previously accepted these exact deposits for benefits XXXX XXXX from XXXX REFUND REFUND. > 4. By refusing to recognize Financial Aid as a qualifying deposit, Cash App is discriminating against students.
