Basically I can't get anyone on phone to get my money. XXXX XXXX XXXX rolled this money I inherited over into an MB Financial Acct without me knowing... and they were bought out by XXXX Bank XXXX 5/3 XXXX phone automated system won't let you get to a person without entering a PIN for a debit. I responded to a tax document i got in the mail and was confused by... so I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they had to do an hours worth of research to tell me where the money went. I really just need to get a human on the phone. Very simple. But there's also a secondary issue here... which is that this whole time since I asked for a check way back a few years ago... they have been taking out fee 's I guess ... plus mkt fluctuation... so my money has now dwindled down to like {$78.00}. I really would like 5/3 Bank ( the XXXX who handle investments ) to call me and hopefully they can sort out the rest. I obviously called them several times just to be hung up on by a computer. ( Virtual Attendant ) I can be reached most weekday afternoons. XXXX
