This complaint is regarding inaccurate charge-off and settlement reporting on a closed installment loan. The account shows different high credit amounts, different settlement descriptions, and different payment history codes across the three credit bureaus, which is a violation of FCRA 1681e ( b ) requiring maximum possible accuracy. XXXX reports High Credit as {$2000.00} and Payment after charge-off/collection settled for less than full balance. XXXX reports the account as Unpaid balance reported as loss by credit grantor account legally paid in full for less than full balance. XXXX reports High Credit as {$2500.00} and Settlement accepted Paid charge-off. These are three materially different outcomes and the furnisher can not have all three be true. I previously disputed the account, and the companies did not provide original account records, payment logs, charge-off reconciliation, or settlement documentation to verify the exact accurate status. Because the reporting is inconsistent and unverifiable, I am requesting that the entire tradeline be deleted across all bureaus under FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( D ).
