I received a letter months ago from Midland XXXX Management about an account I never opened with them, I tried to dispute ample times on the grounds of the contract being fraudulent. No one every provided The Flow agreement, transfer assignment, bill of sale, nor the original contract. These things were never provided prior to putting fraudulent information on my credit report which is a violation. They can't provide any of the prior information because I never had any contract with this company. Also, the Supervisor XXXX XXXX admitted that Midland Credit Management now owns this debt. My personal information was solicited without mt consent/ My Social Security number being one. This violates multiple consumer laws. Also this has caused serious issues concerning my personal credit history and development. I need this resolved ASAP. The amount was for {$340.00}
