Despite having fulfilled all administrative requirements to identify and allocate these funds, XXXX is refusing to release my property, citing a 30-day corporate 'cycle. ' Under 12 CFR 1024.34, the 20-day window is a maximum statutory ceiling, not a mandatory waiting period. Because the accounting is complete and the debt is satisfied, XXXX has no legal authority or contractual right to maintain possession of my capital. Their continued retention of these funds after formal demand constitutes Tortious Conversion and Unjust Enrichment for the purpose of corporate 'float. ' ''
