Wellsfargo auto loan original amount agreed to be paid in total {$22000.00} approved on XX/XX/XXXX. {$13000.00} in principal and {$9200.00} in interest to Wells Fargo XXXX month auto loan. Year to date {$22000.00} ( XXXX months ) was completely paid by XX/XX/XXXX leaving a balance of {$310.00}. XXXX left. XXXX and XXXX XXXX monthly payments still applied of {$460.00} as well as XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX {$460.00} monthly payments still applied to Wells Fargo auto loan account -which I paid thinking I still owed on the account but then I called in today because the interest had to be paid down by now so Now XXXX XXXX customer service representative states interest left on account is still at {$9200.00} meaning my interest doubled and threats of repossession of the car notice was received in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested detail billing statements showing all payments made from XX/XX/XXXX to current they claim they had to verify my address but has been sending payment received statements all XXXX years with no issues or returned to sender
