My card was lost or stolen and then used at a atm and now my bank is denying the dispute its my secured credit card to I thought my money was safe they say its because of my pin but my pin is the last 4 of the card because its the only way I could remember man I have stopped doing that since but my bank told me my money was 100 % safe not 90 % not 0 % im so confused this is literally a whole weeks pay down the drain.
