My home mortgage was purchased by Lakeview subserviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX. My homeowners insurance renewed XX/XX/XXXX. My coverage is with XXXX.My XXXX coverage was paid by Lakeview on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$2600.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX Lakeview subserviced by XXXX XXXX performed an escow analysis on my account ( see attachment ) and entered my HOI renewal amount as {$5700.00} this caused a shortage in my escrow balance and divided this amount into 12 annual payments which in turn caused my mortgage to go from {$1800.00} to {$2200.00}. When I noticed the change it was when I was about to make my normal payment because I received notice of the increase. In the current economy this type of change in monthly income hurts my family budget. When I contacted this mortgage company about this issue they told me I needed to put this in WRITING for someone to review and then call them back in a week to see if the issue has been investigated. Today after making multiple request to speak to someone who had the ability to look into this issue I was transaferred to the " insurance dept '' and she stated she needed to contact my HOI carrier to confirm even though I called first thing this morning and the first person I talked to read the amount and then emails and mailed me a copy of my HOI declaration which I already have. The issue here is Lakeview subserviced by XXXX XXXX knew the correct amount to send payment to my HOI carrier but somehow didnt do the research to complete an accurate Escrow analysis that negatively impacts my family. Not to mention we didnt pay the amount {$2200.00} we would be hit with late fees and and negative credit reports by Lakeview subserviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX I want my complaint to be on record and looked into and I want my account corrected ASAP because after my phone calls today I have no faith this is being addressed. I receved a bunch of canned apologies and the nerve to ask me if " they answered all my questions '' so I know the people they have answering these calls are ill trained, far removed from empathetic, lack critical thinking and on script. Please bring this matter to their attention. I have been with this company for less than a year and not by choice and I find this to be very troubling. Please help.
