Byte responded in writing that my clear aligner therapy is no longer active and that my previous treatment plan has expired, and they are unable to process my request. They refused to continue treatment and stated they could only assist with ordering retainers. I did not receive completion of the orthodontic treatment that I financed. Byte has terminated my treatment plan and refused to provide the remaining aligners, despite the fact that I am still responsible for paying the full loan balance associated with this service. I attempted to resolve this directly with Byte, but they stated they could not assist further.
