Subject : Unauthorized Hard Credit Inquiry by OneMain Financial and Improper Reporting by XXXX I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized hard credit inquiry performed by OneMain Financial on XX/XX/year>, which is still reporting on my XXXX credit file. I authorized only a soft inquiry during the loan application process. However, OneMain performed a hard inquiry before the application was completed, without proper disclosure or consent.
