I am disputing unexplained repossession-related charges connected to my auto loan serviced by XXXX XXXX and their recovery agent XXXX XXXX. My vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was repossessed and returned to me on XX/XX/XXXX. Beginning on that date, I repeatedly requested an itemized statement of all repossession-related fees. I requested itemized charges on : XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I also sent a written request by email. Each time I contacted them, I was told they were experiencing system problems and could not provide the itemized breakdown. However, they were able to accept and demand payment while being unable to explain the charges. I was charged approximately {$750.00} in fees that no representative has been able to explain. The documents provided to me at vehicle release only show fees in the range of approximately {$45.00} to {$70.00}, which does not match the amount I was charged. I did not receive any paperwork that my car was up for repossession for my XXXX payment I called in on XXXX and advise the clerk that I will be making a payment on XXXX. She did not tell me anything about my account was past other the XXXX bill was due on XXXX. But she will notate the account that I will pay on XXXX.
