FORMAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE DEMAND FOR VALIDATION, PROOF OF OWNERSHIP, AND PROOF OF STANDING To Whom It May Concern : This letter serves as a formal dispute of the above-referenced account. I recently discovered that Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC is reporting this alleged debt on my consumer credit reports.
