Consumer Narrative
My husband referred me for Capital One Venture Card and I thought I had to spend {$4000.00} in 4 months but it was supposed to be {$4000.00} in 3 months. I called today and saw that XXXX points were not added to my account and it was my mistake so I cancelled the card and requested my annual fee refund. Today i was told that annual fee can not be refunded unless it is requested in 39 days. When singing up there was no explicit message that stated that I had to cancel within 39 days to get annual fee refund. My closed credit card number is XXXX
