I am submitting this complaint regarding false reporting by Rmp LLC concerning my account ( [ Account Number/Patient ID ] ). Despite all payments being made in full, Rmp LLC continues to report my account as unpaid. This constitutes inaccurate reporting un der : Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. prohibits reporting false information to credit bureaus. Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. prohibits deceptive or misleading practices related to debts. Timeline of Events : 1. [ XX/XX/XXXX ] Account was fully paid. XXXX. [ everyday Attempted to contact Rmp LLC by phone multiple times ; unable to reach them. XXXX. [ XX/XX/XXXX ] Sent formal written notice demanding correction of the inaccurate reporting. XXXX.
