Beginning XX/XX/XXXX, I made contact with Tesla XXXX, Arizona dealership. I was inquiring about a Clean Vehicle report for my purchased XXXX Tesla XXXX XXXX. I was told by the person who sold me the vehicle that when we ( my son and I ) filled out the initial application for the delivery of the vehicle, we checked a box that said we made more than XXXX/year. This is not the case. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I printed out all the forms that were given to me and reviewed for any inaccuracies. I was never given the application form to review. The dealership said that they will do nothing about it because I missed my timeframe to correct. I called and spoke to 3 different customer services representative at Tesla. XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX and then XXXX the third customer service rep. Each one said they will follow-up with the dealership and get back to me. The THIRD representative discovered that we ( my son and I ) checked a box making us ineligible for the tax credit. I have never seen the document that she was reading off to me and asked to get a copy. She said that she will not provide me a copy. I told her that she is violating the Esign laws and she did not give me the copy.
