This account from Sparrow has been paid for several months, but there is still a balance showing on my credit report. I have contacted the company, and I keep getting the run around. Its been paid and should reflect as paid, not charged off with a balance. I called the company BEFORE paying it and was told to send them the check. It was not until after that I was told it was sold. Also, I have attached correspondence from the company that it was sold and they are the owners This means they need to remove themselves from my credit report since they no longer own the debt
