In XXXX fall our family changed phone companies. We stitched from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I went on the website to make my final payment to them in XXXXXXXX XXXX I was locked out of the account. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX I was told by a representative that since I no longer have an account with the company ; I therefore have no longer have no access to my account. No bill was sent to my address. My monthly bill with them would usually be {$350.00} per month. I called several times and the representative would tell me I now owe {$650.00} due late fees and other fees added. I disputed this amunt and agreed on a settlement of {$350.00} on XX/XX/XXXX of this year. The representative assured me that this was an agreement and no more atttempts will be made to contact me regarding anymore payment. However Radius Global Solutions LLC and XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agencies have been contacting claiming I owe them {$280.00}. This claim has also showed up on my credit report which is frustrating. Enclosed is the document showing my XXXX time payment of {$350.00} that was paid via direct payment through my XXXX account.
