I received a pre-paid XXXX debit card through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$300.00} for a contact lens rebate. The card was misplaced in my home and I just located it today ( XX/XX/XXXX ). The card has an expiration date of XX/XX/XXXX, but I had not used or activated the card so I called the number listed on the card ( XXXX ) and asked for a replacement, which the company refused. They just kept repeating this was a " sweeps '' card and they can not replace the card or value of the card. The Card Issuer is listed as Pathward and the card is serviced by InComm Financial Services Inc.
