I paid this account off in full through XXXX XXXX XXXX. Was provided paid in full letter and told that they had sent the information to Mariner to bring balance to XXXX. Instead there has not been a balance increase and incorrectly reporting additional late payments. They are refusing to return my calls. I additionally have recorded conversations from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating the account is paid and full and that they contacted the legal department at Mariner to have them update the file as paid in full.
