I am filing this complaint against Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC for reporting inaccurate, duplicate, and unverified information on my credit report in violation of the FCRA and FDCPA. Jefferson Capital is double-reporting a single alleged balance under two different names : XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I do not recognize these accounts, I have no record of any such agreements, and I have never entered into a contract with Jefferson Capital Systems. These accounts appear to be approximately 4 years old. I am disputing these in their entirety as I have no knowledge of their origin.
