I keep a digital account with PayPal to receive and send money to family members and friends. Since I used the account often I have noticed since late XXXX to XXXX and Now, that when any person send me money using PayPal. My balance shows that when I recieve money that money is missing from that actual total amount sent to me. For instance if a family member send me money a flat fraction of that amount is extracted from those total amounts sent with No representation as to where that money has gone. I believe someone is fraudulent setting up my account to extract money from me since XXXX to XXXX. the most recent example is a family sent me money for rent, {$650.00}, and it appears in my PayPal as {$630.00}. family members have been sending money for about XXXX to XXXX XXXX. or more. also, multiple requests for money have been asking from people I do not know. and they now appear that they never requested any funds. Does my account not represent the money that is in the account Factually? or is an anonymous person committing fraud with my PayPal account.
