XX/XX/year>, around XXXX, charged me for a service that was {$190.00}. There was XXXX transactions sent through Cash App, XXXX transaction with {$99.00} and another with {$100.00}. I sent XXXX different transactions to make sure that he wasn't going to run away with the money at first and actually deliver his service. I asked him if he is scamming me and he denied it. I was parked in target 's parking lot ( on XXXX in XXXX XXXX ) and this man walks up to my car and mentions that I have scratches that he can completely remove. I asked for his business card and social media account and he did not provide me with any information. He continued to sell me his service and I ended up agreeing to it. He took no more than XXXX minutes and at first the scratches were gone, but after a couple of minutes later the scratches came back and at this point the guy had left.
