I tried to send money on XXXX of {$160.00} on XX/XX/year> which failed on XXXX app but the funds were taken out of my bank account and I have proof. I have contacted XXXX and was told at first that the funds were going to be reversed in 2 days which it still hasn't gotten into my account. I have contacted them today again and now they are saying they can't see any money taken out of my account which I have provided them two different detailed bank statements that the money was posted on my account and still have yet been reversed. They are no help at all and haven't kept the promise of my funds getting back to my bank account.
