For XXXX from family and friends I got 3 XXXX XXXX gift cards {$100.00} - {$50.00} - {$25.00} all of them are active with the right balance that today I confirmed via phone call because their balance account site all time is showing error messages. Today I called XXXXXXXX XXXX and first called XXXX XXXX a guy ( XXXX XXXX ) didnt gave me his name I explained the problem then he hung up on me. I called again and machine said I used the time to talk with the and it was disconnected. I called again and a girl ( XXXX XXXX ) I explained to her and first she told me I was pre selected and they will have an {$100.00} gift card for free with a gift card that I can use in a list of places ( This type of cards has a big problems to use the gift cards and the money disappears before people use it ) I asked why and she said again I was pre selected, they asked for my email address, mail address because they will send it to my hose, I gave her the info. Then she said to fix the problems with the 3 cards she asked me for all my bank account information because they need to have direct access. I asked her why they need this information to fix the problems with the gift cards and she said again because they need to have a y to my account t to do it. I told her this is a scam and I and to make a complain with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and she hung up on me. In the past if I had a problem with this gift cards they never asked for all my bank account because they need to have direct access.
