On XX/XX/year>, I sent a money transfer of {$160.00} through Sendwave. I repeatedly called to cancel the transfer because it never reached the recipient, and my account showed it as requiring action, which had never happened before. I called to cancel several times on different days, and all the representatives told me the same thing : " You must wait 24 hours. '' To this day, I have received no response. Then they told me that XXXX had to validate the account. I called the bank, and they told me the information was incorrect, that there was no refund or validation request. Today I called again, and no one speaks to me ; they just put me on hold. The company I used to send the money transfer is called Sendwave.
