I disputed unauthorized transactions with chime bank that were made on my debit card and I have no idea who made them or how they got charged to my bank account. Me XXXX Od CP XX/XX/XXXX {$56.00} The day after my dispute, after chime rejected my dispute within hours, I called chime bank and requested they provide me with the following documents Pursuant to Regulation E : Copies of all documents relied upon in your determination The date, time, and method of investigation The identity of the merchant ( s ) And any evidence used to conclude the transactions were authorized It has now been 12 days since I requested these documents from chime bank, and they told me it could take up to 10 days for me to receive from them, and I have not received anything at all from chime.
