I have an account with truist they allow XXXX to go into my account and take money out of my account as an ACH payment, which I pay {$35.00} to stop the payment they went into my account XXXX and they took XXXX on XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/year> i disputed these transactions they gave me XXXX back with no problem credit back they still tryna debit my account of XXXX which i dont understand how thats possible XXXX dont have the money and truist still let them go in my account it still was debited so i ask truist where my money they dont know i sent them the screenshot of XXXX they refused to give me a temporary credit csr all saying different things and im getting fustrated i need my money now they didnt ask me to sign nothing for XXXX but they want me to wait for my money for XXXX thats not right its been over the time they told me
