I have 3 American Express gift cards amounting to a total of {$550.00} that do not work at any merchant ( online or in-store ). I contacted American Express and they said that it is being declined because the companies are not asking for the cvv code ( which is not the case ). They also said to try in store, but that is not working either. I have tried XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, hair salon and all transactions were declined.
