On XX/XX/year> I visited XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, SC to purchase a car. This dealership performed a shady and illegal deal in which they lied about the condition of the vehicle and forged my signature without my knowledge or permission on the loan and terms agreement to move a lemon off the lot. See previous filed complaint on Mid Atlantic Financial. I've attached new documents to review. This company has caused me damages not only to my credit but to my emotional and mental well-being. I'm attempting to uncover this deceptive company and to make a final plea for them to reasonably rectify this situation before filing a lawsuit against them for fraud and malice.
