I ordered companion card on way XXXX go card website and it stated on there that companion would not have access to my account any money going to companion card would have to be transferred by myself. On XX/XX/year> a deposit was posted to my account in the amount of XXXX and on XXXX the companion transferred all XXXX to companion card when I seen it I went onto companion account and there was only XXXX left which I transferred back to me and suspended card. I tried to report it and after sitting on hold almost XXXX hours I hung up and was able to get it reported on XX/XX/year>. I got a letter from XXXX stating if I filled out questionnaire and got it back to them by the XXXX business day from my initial call and the dispute wasn't resolved on XXXX business day I would get a provisional credit to my account in the amount of XXXX they claim on the XXXX they gave me the credit and then it was taken back which it never went into my account at all. The letter also stated that the dispute would be settled in 45 days as of today it still isn't settled. Every time I call it is a different things I am told and I was even told that they put the refund request into XXXX XXXX and XXXX and they approved it but then when I called and spoke to someone else again he said that is not true and he put in for the credit to be put into my account he said they had till the coming Friday by the end of day to put it in and I never got it. I spoke to XXXX supervisors in 1 day and got XXXX different responses of what was going on with my dispute and all XXXX completely different. As of today it still is not resolved. They also changed my name to XXXX stating that unemployment changed it to that and that is not true I am on their website weekly and it has been XXXX on it. I haven't used XXXX since XXXX XXXX 's and have asked them to fix it and they won't.
