Good afternoon. I'm reaching out regarding a debt I paid off years ago. The credit report is currently showing the debt with XXXX XXXX with an account number of XXXX. The original creditor was JD Byrider. They are also known as CNAC XXXX XXXX. I'm including the page from my credit report to show how the debt is currently reflecting on my credit report. This company is in direct violation from the FCRA. This debt should have NEVER been reported as a charge off. I paid off the debt on XXXX XXXX. They garnished my wages, I have included proof of the last payment made. I paid the debt off in full yet I had to go to court LONG AFTER THE DEBT WAS PAID. Last court date was in XXXX and it was paid in full in XXXX, take time off of my job to prove the debt was paid. I asked the judge if there was any kind of compensation I should be entitled to for loss of wages for taking off and truly due to all this company has put me through. I will not stop here until I have justice in this matter. Please see the documents attached. Payment in full letter as well as the letter from the IRS showing the release of lien. I have also provided a page from my credit report showing the debt is showing closed but not showing paid and the outstanding balance is incorrect. This debt has been removed from my credit at least 3 times!!!!
