Consumer Narrative

My statements ( on the website ) up until XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX tell me that my save on interest and minimum payment due is {$62.00}. Suddenly, XXXX statement says that the save on interest payment is {$1700.00}. So, in less than a month, the company expected me to be able to pay a $ XXXX monthly payment difference. This is ridiculous, I can not afford this. Nor was I ever even notified that this was the end of my promotional plan. My statements get sent to my email and all it shows me is minimum payment due {$62.00}. On top of this, I never received a statement for the amount of {$1700.00} being due. The last emailed statement I received ( since Im enrolled in paperless billing ) was XX/XX/XXXX and it says minimum payment due {$60.00}. Due date XX/XX/year>. So, why did I never receive an email saying I owed {$1700.00} on XX/XX/XXXX? I called the company and even asked if they could take the interest off and I would pay the amount I had originally owed left in one payment. No. No one was helpful or had any sort of resolution. I can not afford this accrued interest nor should I have to if I wasnt properly communicated with. Why was I only receiving statements of {$60.00} being due rather than {$1700.00}? Why did I never receive an email telling me my promotional plan would be ending? Why did I never receive an email stating I was going to have accrued interest of over XXXX XXXX dollars if I didnt pay my debt in full? On top of all of this, when I was on the phone he told me that the statements on my email are going to be different than the ones online. If I sign up for paperless billing to be sent to my email, why would the statements in my email not have all of the information I need? All my statements on my email ( that I was using since I signed up for ) just give me the minimum payment and the due date. I never even received my email statement saying I owe {$1700.00}. Why would I only receive the {$62.00} emails and not the last statement where I wouldve owed {$1700.00} before the interest accrued? I wouldve paid the payment in full had I known that Id be receiving all of this interest.
