RE : FORMAL DISPUTE OF INACCURATE CREDIT REPORTING Furnisher : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX To Whom It XXXX Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the accuracy and completeness of the above-referenced account as it is currently being reported on my consumer credit report.
