I went into the store on XXXX XXXX to purchase some perfume. After making my purchase I get home and open the box only to find that it was not perfume in the box. I immediately called the store re : the matter, they refused to help me get this matter resolved. I sent them requests asking them to resolve this matter, they still refuse. The acct is in dispute, they still reported this acct to my credit as late, with late fees of over {$100.00} added. The total amount of the purchase that I never received was {$170.00}. Now theyre saying I owe {$270.00} and its reporting on my credit report. This has been going on since XX/XX/year>.
