I have a heloc loan that started with XXXX XXXX and sold to Mega finance.ever since Mega has had it and weve tried countless times to tell them XXXX pynts went to XXXX. The reply is not their problem finding the shellpoint payments. I quit making payments to mega because I truly started to believe this was a scam or some kinda fraud action.One day, I talked to XXXX different people and they all gave me a different amount to pay. We have been on the line with these people every month several times trying to get Mega straightened out. No such luck. Then they turn it to the credit bureau and destroyed my credit and ability to conduct my business. We have made XXXX payments and are current. Yet this is what they still have on their website. Nobody should be allowed to conduct financial business as Mega has My Payments Total Amount Due {$3600.00} Current Due XXXX ( already paid ) I even contacted the lady that helped get the loan and she has been on the phone with them as well XXXX 's of time 's XXXX a XXXX. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX sent an email to mega reps telling them to get it right to no avail. Its attatched as well. This has been XXXX of the most bizzare and frustrating situation I have ever been associated with.I hate to even send them any money because of the total incompetence. Thank You.
