I have been attempting to make payments on my loan since XXXX of XXXX. I have made four payments, all of which have been reversed. I have called the loan servicer regarding my situation and they have either not been helpful or have not answered my phone calls. I have made the following payments : XX/XX/XXXX : {$1100.00} XX/XX/XXXX : {$1100.00} XX/XX/XXXX : {$2300.00} XX/XX/XXXX : {$5000.00} XX/XX/XXXX : {$1300.00} My account has now gone into delinquency because none of these payments have gone through. My credit score is being affected and I seemingly can not do anything about it because my loan servicer will not answer the phone and will not accept my payments. I called the loan servicer on XX/XX/XXXX of this year to inquire about the payment reversal on XX/XX/XXXX and they were entirely unhelpful in giving me any information. I called my bank to inform them that I would be making payments on this loan and they told me that my payments may be getting reversed because I had labelled the account I was trying to take money from as a savings account instead of a checking account. I went back to the loan servicer and changed my bank account information and called them to inform them of that. I was assured that the payment of {$5000.00} would go through and it did not. I have attempted to call since then and have not been able to get through to anyone.
