To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint against XXXX XXXX regarding deceptive practices, failure to deliver promised services, and the financial and emotional harm I have suffered as a result of their actions. In XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX seeking assistance with debt relief. At that time, I was already struggling financially and had an existing monthly obligation of {$270.00}. Instead of providing meaningful help, XXXX encouraged me to take on an additional loan, resulting in an extra XXXX XXXX monthly paymentdespite my clear financial hardship and the existence of an outstanding loan. I reached out to XXXX for help, not to be placed in a worse financial position. I was given full attention initially and was led to believe that XXXX would assist in resolving or eliminating my debt. My first formal interview with them took place in XX/XX/XXXX. However, since XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX has completely ceased communication with me. My emails have gone unanswered, my phone calls have not been returned, and I have received no updates, explanations, or follow-through regarding the services they promised. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I remain in deeper debt than when I first contacted them. Due to financial necessity, I was forced to stop paying the additional $ XXXX monthly payment, as I could not afford both obligations. I continue to struggle under the original {$270.00} payment, and XXXX lack of action has left me without resolution, guidance, or accountability. I am not a wealthy individual. I do not have expendable income. Like many others affected by the current economy, I sought professional assistance in good faith. Instead, I feel misled, ignored, and financially harmed. I am requesting the following : 1. Immediate acknowledgment and response from XXXX. 2. Fulfillment of the services that were promised to me, or 3. A full refund of all monies collected from me to date. The way I have been treated is unacceptable and has caused significant stress, frustration, and emotional distress. No individual seeking help should be left in silence after being encouraged to take on additional financial burdens. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that XXXX will take responsibility and make this situation right.
