I opened a XXXX XXXX checking account. After I filed taxes on XX/XX/year>, I applied for tax advance. After IRS accepted my return, I was approved the advance. The XXXX dollars was put on a credit karma card. While waiting for the physical card, I should have been able to access my virtual card; thus being able to get my money. The problem is as of XX/XX/year>, I can not see all the numbers on my virtual card. While I linked my bank account to this Credit karma card, the system would not let me link my bank 's debit card. After speaking to several customer service agents, along with a supervisor ; plus an online chat, I was not helped at all. I was told that I either could do a standard transfer to my bank which takes XXXX business days or wait for the system to generate all the virtual card numbers. They could not tell me when I would see all the virtual card numbers or be able to link my bank 's debit card. I told them about having recent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX I also said I needed the money on my card now to pay for desperately needed XXXX medications. Also they caused me undue stress that I don't need at this time. This is ridiculous that I have XXXX of my own money, and I cant access it. I will never use them again. Can you please follow up with Credit Karma? Make their practices be held accountable? XXXX XXXX
