To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a renewed and urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent account that has reappeared on my credit report under a different creditor name, now listed as Upgrade , Inc., which was previously reported as Uplift , Inc. and already disputed and resolved. Account details : Current Creditor Name : Upgrade , Inc . Previously Listed As : Uplift , Inc. Amount : {$2100.00} Alleged loan date : XXXX Type : Travel-related loan ( fraudulent ) Timeline of Events XX/XX/XXXX : I reported this account as fraudulent after discovering a loan I never applied for or authorized. XX/XX/XXXX : Following disputes with TransUnion and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), the matter was resolved. Uplift confirmed the trip associated with this loan was booked by individuals I do not know, and for a route I have never traveled. Recently : The same account has reappeared, now under the name Upgrade , Inc., despite having been previously removed. Impact I have never missed a payment on any legitimate account. This incorrect and fraudulent reporting has directly damaged my credit score. As a result, I had my credit limit reduced, causing financial harm.
