I ordered items from XXXX XXXX The package was returned to XXXX XXXX by USPS. I never received the items. I contacted XXXX XXXX. I requested the items be resent or refunded. Neither happened. XXXX XXXX stopped responding. I disputed the charges with square. I was given credit for the items. I sent in all information requested showing that I didnt receive the package I paid for and the company wouldnt respond. Months later Square reversed the credit claiming they didnt receive the information. They claim only the agent who worked the case can give me information as to why the credit was reversed. I requested information on how to contact the agent and have received nothing. XXXX XXXX has my money and the product I never received.
