I tried to make a purchase at XXXX and it was declined for no reason. They then froze my account completely. For literally no reason. I even told them that it was ME that tried to make the purchase. I talked to three different people through their online chat. Someone on the phone AND a manager and no one can tell me what happened or fix the problem. They keep telling me that I have to wait for someone via EMAIL from the resolution team. But not even a time frame for when it will be fixed. Holding {$700.00} hostage. And refuse to unfreeze my account. I'm going to get evicted if they don't give me access to my money
