I am filing this complaint against XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for repeated violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1692g and 15 U.S.C. 1692f. This agency is attempting to collect a debt from XXXX XXXX Bank that I do not owe. I have never opened or maintained an account with XXXX XXXX Bank. Despite my requests for validation, the company has failed to provide any evidence linking me to this debt. By continuing to send collection notices after being informed of this error and failing to provide documentation that proves my liability, the agency is engaging in unfair and deceptive practices. I have previously requested that they cease and desist communication, yet they continue to harass me for a debt that is not mine. My next step will be a lawsuit
