i received a text message from klarna on XXXX that i owed XXXX by XXXX XXXX when i called to pay on XX/XX/XXXX, they refused to take my payment unless i then paid XXXX i called them multiple times on the XXXX telling them i had an text message and a email telling me that i owed XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX ( no specified time ) so why were they saying i couldnt pay that amount. I previously thought they had my new card information in their system but upon finding out they didnt i called to make sure it was now in there and get payment caught up. I asked if it was due by the XXXX of XXXX at a certain time why was that not specified.
