I received a letter from NCSPlus Incorporated, Professional Collectors dated XXXX XXXX 2025XX/XX/XXXX asking for payment of XXXX for a parking ticket incurred a year earlier in XXXX XXXX. The original amount of the fine was XXXX or ~ XXXX which I attempted to pay on the City of XXXX payment portal and also called the City but was unsuccessful as I do not speak XXXX. I disputed the XXXX amount of this claim from NCSPlus by email as instructed and also attempted to call them during business hours but there was no answer. I asked for the name and address of the original creditor who i could address the issue with. This parking fine was received in the city of XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX 2024. I had made a number of attempts to pay the ticket online. The online method of payment did not work. I was able to get to a credit card Payments page but the payment did not go through ( trying on different dates over the past year and using more than 1 working credit card ). And as stated above, I tried calling the City and wasn't able to get through to someone who could assist. I believe NCSPlus demand for XXXX is a collection scam, deceptive and abusive. They area ignoring my dispute of the charge which was made in writing by email ( see attached email correspondence ). I am asking CFPB to assist in resolving the matter. Thank you XXXX XXXX, GA
