Im shocked at how poorly this credit card comenity.com company handled my situation. I have multiple charges from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I do not recognize. When I contacted them, they did not help, did not resolve anything, and simply told me to go deal with the merchant myself. That is not what a credit card company should do when a customer reports suspicious or unauthorized charges. There was no sense of urgency, no reassurance, and no real customer protection. I am now stuck dealing with fraudulent charges on my own. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this credit card to anyone.
