too whom it may concern, on XXXX I opened a checking account at BMO bank in XXXX XXXX Indiana at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Indiana. i had saved up money and want to open a checking account to keep my funds save. i made XXXX deposits XXXX in the amount of XXXX and the other in the amount of XXXX both cash deposits. later that day I went to grocery store to buy food and diapers for my baby. when i went to checkout I realized my card wouldn't go through that's when i logged into my mobile banking and my account was frozen. before i left the bank that day i was told by the banker my account and card were good and funds were available. XXXX XXXX was the banker who set up my account. on XXXX i called to get the issue resolved and was told they needed more documentation so i got the documents they wanted and took them into the BMO branch. on XXXX i called to see if my account was active because i have bills due and was told it will be another XXXX days. at this point i feel like they did something wrong and this isnt fair to me i have bills that are goanna be late now.
