Consumer Narrative

This complaint is in addition to the previous one. This third party debt collector XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX FL. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX - XXXX who my association XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX FL. has hired for my XXXXXXXX XXXX has now moved to file a XXXX for what they say is outstanding interest / XXXX fees for XXXX XXXX, while still in the month of XXXX! My payments of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX have been paid directly to my condo associations bank, with the help of my family, since I've been battling XXXX for the past XXXX years. This debt collector keeps creating what seems to be an on going XXXX to collect excessive fees for themselves, while leaving a balance of a record of showing UNPAID association fees. I have already paid out almost {$4000.00}, which includes excessive fees back in the fall and in good faith, I paid this debt collector XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX the extra FEES, unknowingly they would continue to create a XXXX to continue to bill me for excessive fees in addition to the association fees, as soon as the month opens. In addition, they use scammy phone call tactics, recordings with threats- never saying who they are calling for, who they are, not verifying my number, just residing a document number then hanging up. When I wrote to my management office telling them to recheck their records for the fees that were paid. The management office seems to be ignoring me and keeps stating, talk to the attorney. I asked them to sent them what I just paid for XXXX- of {$640.00} which includes the standard late fee of {$25.00} dollars and it was paid directly to the associations bank by check. I also asked for the coupon booklet that was never sent to me for the new year of monthly fees, they neglected to send to me. In addition, they skipped over the 30 day letters and 45 day letters instantly and turned me over to their debt collector, for a minimal outstanding monthly association fee that was current. The debt collector and management company, seems to want to create a sense of PANIC AND FEAR in me by going straight to filing a LIEN. Unethical with undue forces. I told them to remove it and I don't owe them ANYTHING. I'm currently due to pay only this month of association fees of XX/XX/XXXX with the new amount of {$630.00}, that's it. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT HERE! seems to be a XXXX XXXX that is being played, while targeting me at the same time. This XXXX NEEDS TO BE REMOVED RIGHT NOW...
